Goodwrk is a website that works directly with companies and employees to ensure a fair hiring and interview process. The goal of this website is to further diversity in the design world, starting with the interview and hiring process. The design goal was to create a website that gives different design companies a rating from 1st to 3rd, and the ratings these companies are given are from previous employees or interviewed candidates. Users can communicate directly with companies. This design goal was achieved by minimalistic colors and design to create a easy to use website.
